In May 2017, Dongguan Zhicheng took the task of equipment installation project of a group of large servo punch production line of Xiang Xin Technology. Because of the large volume, heavy weight, high precision and tight construction progress, this project is very demanding for the construction team. It needs the high quality of the whole construction team and the experience of large equipment installation.
The maximum weight of this set of punches is 110 tons. Through the site investigation of Dongguan Zhicheng technical personnel, the construction plan is designed. We have decided to use a group of 500 tons hydraulic gantry crane to carry out the equipment installation task of the stamping production line.
The stamping production line is the assembly line operation, the equipment installation precision requirements are very high, we sent through professional training and have a wealth of large equipment installation experience of the excellent construction team to carry out this installation task. The original plan is a month of installation time, our staff listen to the customer expressed the hope that it can be put into operation as soon as possible, immediately arrange overtime, only more than 20 days to complete the installation, for customers to shorten the installation time can be put into production at an early date.
