Reversing and manipulation of hydraulic system

The commutation of hydraulic fluid for lifting machinery is usually done by reversing spool valve. Reversing spool valve can achieve hydraulic reversing, speed regulation, stop and pump unloading. Sometimes it is used to switch a certain branch of the system. The reversing valve is selected according to the product specification according to the maximum working pressure, the maximum flow rate (the flow through the valve) and the operation requirements. The following crane manufacturers in Hangzhou will introduce the commutation and control of the hydraulic system.
Small power cranes usually use manual reversing valves to directly manipulate stem control fluid motion by hand. The manual control structure is simple, easy to operate and flexible to control. But it is not suitable to operate at high power and long distance.
When the power is greater than 100 horsepower, the diameter of the distributing spool valve is very large, and it is difficult to operate the slide valve by manpower. In large machinery, centralized control requires long distance control, and fashion needs automation. This means changing the way of steering valve control. Electromagnetic, electro-hydraulic, hydraulic (pneumatic) reversing valves are often used. But this control can not use the distribution device to adjust the flow rate. Therefore, the servo control mechanism is sometimes used to control the movement of the mechanism.
