1, maintenance of motor and reducer
First of all, we should check the temperature of the motor shell and bearing parts, the noise and vibration of motors. In the case of frequent start - up, the ventilation cooling capacity is reduced because of low speed, and the current is larger. The temperature rise of the motor will be increased quickly. Therefore, it should be noted that the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed the upper limit specified in the instructions. Adjust the brake according to the requirements of the motor manual. The daily maintenance of the reducer can refer to the instruction manual of the manufacturer. And check the anchor bolts of the reducer regularly.
2. Lubrication of the walking device
Secondly, a good ventilator lubrication should be remembered in the maintenance technology of the crane components. If it is used, the ventilation cap of the reducer should be opened first, so as to ensure good ventilation to reduce the internal pressure. Before working, check whether the height of the lubricating oil surface of the reducer is up to the requirement. If the oil surface is below the normal oil level, the lubricating oil of the same type should be added in time.
The bearings of the wheels of the walking mechanism are filled with sufficient grease (calcium based grease) in assembly, without daily refueling, each two months can be filled through the injection hole or open bearing cover, replenish a grease, unload, clean and replace the grease every year.
Grease the grease at each open gear engagement.
3, the maintenance and maintenance of the hoist unit
Always observe the oil window of the gearbox of the crane and check whether the lubricating oil level is within the prescribed limits. When the oil level is below the specified level, the lubricating oil should be replenish in time.
When the crane is not used frequently, the sealing condition and the environment are good, the lubricating oil in the reducer is replaced once every half year, and every quarter is replaced once every quarter when the environment is bad. When the water in the lifting box is found or the oil surface is always frothy and the oil is deteriorated, the oil should be changed immediately. When changing the oil, we should strictly replace the oil products specified in the instruction manual of the gearbox, and avoid mixing oil products.
